Where is my order?

After you place your order, the restaurant receive instant notification and start preparing it immediately.

With the instant notification we ensure the restaurants do everything they can to get your food delivered as quickly as possible. However, sometimes restaurants receive very large amount of orders, or drivers get stuck in heavy traffic – this unfortunately might cause delays.

If the amount of time you’ve waited has exceeded the estimated delivery time, you can contact us and we’ll look into what’s going on.

About discount code; how can I use it?

When you login check the promo section and click on use code, you can also redeem the discount as you are about to checkout, the discount on your order will be calculated immediately.

If your discount code does not work, feel free to contact us and we’ll take a look.

How to order online at Foodgital?

It is really easy, as easy as 1, 2, 3:

  1. Tell us where you are: Enter your location so that we can show you which vendors are near to you.
  2. Choose what you would like: Pick a vendors and select menu you’d like to order. You can search by vendor name, cuisine type, dish name or by keyword.
  3. Checkout: Ensure your delivery address and your phone number are accurate, select payment method. Always make sure that you enter the correct phone number to help us contact you regarding your order, if needed.

Now sit back, relax, and we’ll get your food delivered to your doorstep.

I need to cancel or change my order! How can I do this?

You can only cancel and change your order before it is confirmed by the vendor

Please ensure you are satisfied with your order before you checkout.

If you would like to cancel your order after it has been confirmed with the vendor, please chat with our support team so that we can check if the vendor has begun preparation.

If the vendor has begun preparing the food, we will be unable to issue a full refund for the order. With regards to any refund of a payment you have made online, please contact Foodgital and not the vendor.

How long does it take for my order to get delivered?

Delivery time varies from vendor to vendor. It also depends on the number of orders that the vendor has to prepare and on the distance between the vendor and your delivery address.

You can see the estimated delivery time for each vendor in your area. After placing an order, you will be able to track your order in real time.

How can I pay for my order?

There are two payment methods available on the platform. You can choose to pay from your wallet or scan to pay.

What if I already have delivery drivers

If you already have a delivery driver, our platform allows you to indicate that on the vendor App while fulfilling orders. That means you can enjoy the marketing benefits of foodgital, without changing your operations. You’ll drive incremental revenue and increase your brand awareness online, while fully controlling your delivery experience. 

Is Foodgital available in my city

The easiest way to check if Foodgital is available in your city is to download the app

You can start getting orders if we are in your city, and If we are not yet in your city, we will notify you when that changes.

How to Withdraw and Receive your money directly into your bank account

Through our partnership with Stanbic bank you can withdraw money from your foodgital account and receive it directly into your bank account.

Withdrawals are processed on Tuesday and Friday.

We offer the convenience by providing your business an in-app account through the foodgital wallet. You can be rest assured that your money will always remain secure with flutterwave.
